QA11 - Record Usage Decision
Description:
To record the usage decision for the Inspection Lot.
Preliminary Steps:
Appropriate records must exist in the system.
Detailed Steps:
I. Navigate to the appropriate screen
a. To record a usage decision, locate the following under Roles in the Portal:
i. Click the Scroll bar on the iPanel to locate the TQ: Test Plan Coordinator folder
ii. Click the TQ: Test Plan Coordinator drill-down
iii. Click the QA11 - Record usage decision transaction
iv. Close the iPanel by clicking on the arrow in the upper right hand corner
Note: You can also type the transaction code /NQA11 in the Command field
II. Record an usage decision
a. Type an entryin the Inspection lot field.
b. Click Enter icon
c. Click the Match code selection located on the right side of the UD code field
Note: The UD code field is located under the Usage Decision section
SCREEN: Confirmation prompt
d. Click Yes
SCREEN: Usage Decision for Inspection Lot
e. Double-click A for Accept
f. Click the Save icon
Note: A system message is displayed at the bottom of the screen
